Lawn mowers are portable garden tools for single use. It is powered by a small gasoline engine that rotates the blades through a drive shaft to accomplish various tasks. It is durable, light to start, easy to operate, and suitable for a wide range of applications, such as trimming shrubs and weeds in forests to promote tree growth, mowing some small lawns, and around roots where lawn trimmers cannot reach. This can be done with a brush cutter. Maintenance should not be neglected when using a lawn mower. The following describes the winter maintenance of lawn mowers.

This can be done with a brush cutter. Maintenance should not be neglected when using a lawn mower. The following describes the winter maintenance of lawn mowers.

Winter lawn mowers stored for more than 30 days: Drain the fuel tank and start the gasoline engine until it stops due to exhaustion. When the engine is hot after shutdown, drain the oil in the crankcase first, and then add new oil to the appropriate scale according to the recommended grade. Remove the spark plug, drip 5-10ml of engine oil into the cylinder block, turn the crankshaft a few times, then install the spark plug. Clean dust and debris around the cutterhead, body, cylinder block, head radiator, air deflector, grille and muffler. When stored, it should be placed horizontally on the ground and covered with a cloth over the mower to prevent dust from falling in.

Thoroughly clean the mower. Before the mower is idle for a long time in winter, the bottom, deck and fuel tank cover of the mower should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid the erosion of agricultural machinery by residual weeds and mud. Before cleaning, remove spark plugs and openers, and use hoses, putty knives, and car cleaner to remove build-up on the landing gear and deck. Use a brush to remove deposits from the mailbox vents to avoid blocking the vents. Remove oil stains. If the oil stains touch the equipment for a long time, a chemical reaction will occur, causing the paint on the surface of the equipment to peel off, which needs to be removed in time. To remove oil stains, spray degreaser on oil stains on equipment, let stand for 10-15 minutes, wipe clean with a towel, then rinse with water. Prevents rust on exposed parts of the mower. The exposed part of the lawn mower can be sprayed with lubricant, which can effectively prevent rust. Store the mower in a dry place. Periodically inspect wearing parts. Regular inspection of wearing parts and timely replacement of damaged parts can not only improve the working performance of the lawn mower, but also eliminate potential safety hazards.

Mower ready for operation.

Before the lawnmower is put on the ground, a series of inspections and preparations must be carried out. Add an appropriate amount of cooling water according to the instructions, cover the water tank cap, open the fuel tank cap, add the fuel that meets the requirements, do not add too much fuel, close and tighten the fuel tank cap, check whether the tire pressure is normal, if it is insufficient to inflate in time, and check whether the cutting disc is Normal work, whether the tool is in good condition, the transmission belt should be free of cracks, and the pressure roller should work effectively, otherwise it should be replaced or adjusted in time. Put the transmission clutch handle and the cutter clutch handle in separate positions, the gear handle in neutral, release the cutter pinch roller, put it in the walk position, put the throttle handle in the neutral position, and start the engine crank. After starting, slowly increase the throttle and push the transmission clutch lever to the combined position. Then shift into a low forward gear and the mower starts to walk.

When the mower reaches the field, stop the machine and make further adjustments. The tracks of the two traveling wheels can be adjusted, and the tires on one side are connected with the drive shaft by bolts. There are three connecting jacks on the drive shaft, the tires are connected in different positions, and the two tracks are also different. When the grass has a steeper slope, a wider track can better adapt to the ground. Move the pressing wheel to the working position, and adjust the tool according to the requirements of the tool height, mainly by adjusting the position of the two screws. Tighten the attachment screws of the blade and the blade on the protective cover. Put the two clutches in the disengaged position, put them in neutral, restart the engine, slowly increase the throttle, slowly connect the handle of the cutter disc clutch, and the cutter disc starts to run. The transmission clutch is then engaged, the low forward gear is engaged, and the mower begins to work on the ground.

Today, the seeder has been widely used and is a better seeder. Planters for certain types or crops are often named after the type of crop, such as wheat planters and peanut planters. The soil should be cleaned from all parts of the pot. Remove seeds and fertilizer from the fertilizer tank. Especially the fertilizer tank, after being rinsed and dried with water, the fertilizer tank (except plastic tank) should be coated with anti-corrosion paint. Inspect the planter for damaged or worn parts, replace or repair if necessary, and repaint parts with peeling paint.

Features of disc plow

Agricultural machinery with disc plows as working parts. Typically, the disc is part of a hollow spherical surface, the edges of which are ground with a cutting edge for easy mowing and access to the soil. The disc is independently supported on the bearing of the plough column, and the disc surface forms an angle with the advancing direction and the vertical direction, which is called the deflection angle α and the inclination angle β. There are 3 to 6 disc plows on a standard disc plow. When working, the unit moves forward, the disc rolls into the soil, and the soil rises along the concave surface of the disc.
