4. Pay attention to the seeds added to the seed box to ensure that there are no small, sloppy, and miscellaneous seeds to ensure the effectiveness of the seeds; secondly, the amount of seed added to the seed box must be at least enough to cover the entrance of the seed box to ensure smooth seeding. .
5 Trial sowing In order to ensure the quality of sowing, before large-scale sowing, we must insist on pilot sowing for 20 meters and observe the working condition of the planter. Ask agricultural technicians, local farmers, etc. for testing and consultation, and after confirming that they meet local agronomic requirements, large-scale sowing can be carried out.
6 Pay attention to driving in a straight line at a constant speed. When choosing a walking route for the operation, the operator should ensure that it is convenient to add seeds and enter and exit the machine. When sowing, pay attention to moving forward in a straight line at a uniform speed. If it is blocked, the lifting and lowering of the planter should be operated while traveling, and the planter should be lifted when reversing or turning.
7. Sow the field first. First sow the field horizontally, so as not to harden the field and cause the sowing depth to be too shallow.
8. Frequent observation When sowing, always observe the working conditions of the seed metering device, opener, covering device and transmission mechanism, such as blockage, clay, grass entanglement, and loose seed coverage, remove them in time. Adjusting, repairing, lubricating or cleaning up tangled grass must be done after parking.
9 Protect the parts When the planter is working, it is strictly forbidden to go backwards or make sharp turns. The lifting or lowering of the planter should be carried out slowly to avoid damage to the parts.
10 Pay attention to the seed box The seeds in the seed box shall not be less than 1/5 of the volume of the seed box during operation; when transporting or transferring the plot, the seed box shall not contain seeds, let alone other heavy objects.
