1. Grain collection and bagging are placed under the outside of the material box. Compared with the grain collection machine, the operation is simpler, and there is no need to open and close the door of the box, saving time.
2. The belt drive is adopted, and the fan and engine are not easy to be damaged.
3. The engine comes with a clutch, the fan stops running when the throttle is small, the load is small and the fuel consumption is reduced, and the clutch also has the function of protecting the engine, and it automatically slips when the rotor is locked, so as not to damage the engine.
4. The grain suction mouth is equipped with an automatic profiling device, which can automatically adjust the height when the ground is uneven to ensure the stability of grain harvesting and no leakage.
5. Compared with the scraper and auger type grain harvester on the market, because the airflow is used as the grain harvesting medium, it does not cause damage to the grain, and the grain damage rate is very low.
6. The grains that can be collected include rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, tea seeds, melon seeds, ginkgo (gingko) and other grains and dried fruits.
The machine will be debugged before leaving the factory. Once it is issued, it will not be replaced if there is no quality problem. It only provides warranty and technical guidance.
7. When the rotor is locked, it will automatically slip, and the height can be adjusted automatically when the ground is uneven. The high-efficiency fan is used as the equipment for sucking grain.
